About Juliano Laran

Based in Miami, Dr. Juliano Laran has been working in the field of marketing and consumer behavior. He is a respected authority in the field, having published a multitude of peer-reviewed articles. In his work, Dr. Juliano Laran studies and writes about motivation and goal-oriented behavior. He worked as a professor and researcher after completing his doctorate in marketing at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He earned his master's degree in marketing from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil.

Juliano Laran has published in dozens of industry and research journals internationally and is a frequent speaker at conferences both at home and abroad. Moreover, he actively reviews papers submitted to dozens of global publications. He has been a member of the editorial review board of the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and Journal of Marketing, and an associate editor of the International Journal of Research in Marketing.

He is a member of the Association for Consumer Research, the Society for Consumer Psychology, and the American Marketing Association.
